All prices are in US dollars, net. BookedCall AI serves businesses only (B2B).

Minutes beyond the plan are billed at our cost with no mark-up, and we tell you before that happens. Any change to scope or price is agreed in writing first.

- Captures caller name, phone, address and the problem described
- Books appointments into a connected Cal.com calendar, based on the availability you set
- Instant alert to you (Telegram, can show on your phone/smartwatch) when a caller describes a possible emergency
- Written summary of each call sent to you
- Setup, configuration of your greeting, services and hours, and monthly tuning
Not included yet (planned, not promised)
- SMS text-back / SMS confirmations to callers (requires US carrier registration; not yet available)
- CRM integrations (Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan), reminders and review requests (Pro plan, offered only once available and agreed in writing)
- Multilingual answering (in testing)
We only bill for features that are live at the time of your order.
Free 14-day trial (first 3 clients)
Our first three clients get a 14-day trial with no setup fee and no obligation. No payment details are required. If you do nothing at the end of the trial, it simply ends. A paid plan starts only if you confirm it in writing.
Payment
- We send an invoice by email. Payment by international bank transfer (SWIFT) to our German bank account, in USD, within 14 days of the invoice date.
- The setup fee is invoiced once at the start. The monthly fee is invoiced in advance for each month of service.
- Bank and transfer fees on your side are paid by you.
Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled by email at any time, effective at the end of the current paid month. No long-term contract. Fees already paid for a month that has started are not refunded. The setup fee is non-refundable once setup is delivered.
